Hi there, I’m Cailee a certified home inspector with a background in construction and a passion for helping people understand their homes.

I got my start working alongside my Dad in the construction industry, where I learned firsthand how homes are built and what makes them truly solid. That hands on experience gave me a deep understanding of how things should be done right and how to spot when they’re not.

My interest in home inspections really sparked when I went through the process myself. Experiencing a thorough inspection grew my passion for home inspections and educating home owners in the process.

Today, I combine my construction knowledge with professional inspection training to give homeowners a clear, straightforward look at the condition of their homes. My approach is always honest, thorough, and designed to keep the process as stress free as possible.
